Where is the Main Entrance?
Our main entrance is located off Te Pai Place between the two rock walls, this access will allow you to drive straight through to reception.

Is Parking Available?
There are 200+ free car parks available for our guests.


What time is check in/out
Check in: 2pm

Check Out: 10am


Can I check in early? Or Check out late?
This may be available upon request, contacting us direct as soon as possible gives you the best chance of securing an early check in/late check out.


Why is a $100 bond required?
Our bond policy is to ensure any incidentals are covered during the stay, these include but are not limited to; smoking, breakages or damage incurred during your stay, excessive noise will incur additional charges for any guest complaints that require compensation

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, visa and debit card. Please note we do not accept cash.


Why are the prices different today than they were last week?
We operate with dynamic pricing; our prices are subject to availability and market demand which is why some days the rates will differ to others.


Can I have my room serviced daily?
Yes, due to the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19 we are offering daily room servicing or as required depending on guest preference.


What size rooms are available?

We have a range of rooms to suit all needs; Standard 19m2 (Sleeps up to 2 guests), Deluxe 48m2 (Sleeps up to 4 guests), Superior 36m2 (Sleeps up to 3 guests), Premium 45m2 (Sleeps up to 2 guests)

Are kitchen facilities available in the rooms?
All rooms are fitted with tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator.

Premium rooms also have microwaves and cutlery available.


What dining options are available?
Continental Breakfast Bar located in the Main Reception Building is available from 06:30am to 09:30am, Tuesday – Saturday.

Breakfast packs are also available to purchase for $10 at the reception desk.

Lunch and dinner available from the Good Home, 11:30am – late, 7days a week.


Why is there no information book in the room?

In line with our sustainability commitment we have reduced paper usage and transferred our information onto Channel 6 of the T.V in all rooms. In addition we also have in room QR Codes available to view on your own device.

We also have a copy of our local information guide available to download under the Location tab of our website.


Is there WIFI?
Yes, WIFI is free, If you have trouble connecting your device, contact our reception team for assistance.


Why can’t I turn the volume up any higher on the tv?
TV volume is a common issue that we face in our industry, this has been adjusted to a level that enables guests to remain respectful of one another’s needs.


What happens if I’ve locked myself out of the room late at night?
Our friendly reception team operate 24/7 and can assist you should you lock yourself out of your room at any point during your stay. Please note, there will be a $10 surcharge if you lose your key and are not able to return it upon departure, this will be deducted from your $100 bond.


What other facilities can I find in the local area?

QHLG is located in the heart of West Auckland with plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance as well as local supermarkets, hospital, chemists, ATMs.
