It was a great experience overall! The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating, especially Keshni. She went out of way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. All staff were great too! Will definitely be staying at your hotel in the future.

This was a pleasant surprise very clean, lovely reception staff, large room with lovely garden outlook & the breakfast was only $15 excellent value. Great location especially if you need to be close to Waitakere hospital. Very good value for money

My dad and I have stayed here 3 times in the last 3 years and it has never disappointed us. Receptionist always welcoming, pleasant and so helpful allowing me the assurance of a comfortable, relaxing and safe place for me and my elderly father to stay.

Personal service was excellent. Whenever I rang to check on my booking and/or make amendments throughout the year, Diane the Manager was always so obliging. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her friendly staff. My family was in Auckland for the wedding of our son.
