COVID-19 Update to our clients and guests

Warm greetings from Quality Hotel Lincoln Green,

With Auckland entering level 3 as of 11.59pm on Sunday 14th of Feb 2021, I would like to introduce you to some of the measures we are taking to safeguard your health, safety and wellbeing at our hotel

Arrival & Departure

Contact Tracing Register and QR Codes available in main door entrance

Social Distancing signage and sanitizing stations at reception

Pre-payment available online/over the phone prior to arrival

Room Keys can be left in reception box upon check out and invoices will be emailed by Close of business daily

Team Members

Our Housekeeping team members are following strict procedures for wearing masks and personal protective equipment whilst adhering to physical distancing best practices

They also utilize Say no19, a Powerful Surface Sanitiser with proven effectiveness against a wide range of bacteria, fungus, moulds and viruses breaking the chain of transmission

Public Areas

We have significantly increased cleaning schedules in all public areas with particular focus on high-touch areas such as door handles and lift buttons

For the safety of all, we kindly ask that all guests refrain from congregating and remain within the safety of their room bubble

Guest Rooms

To minimise COVID-19 transmission and risk, rooms will not be able to be serviced as usual

All guests have been provided with enough towels and sheets during their stay

Bin Liners & Linen Bags have also been provided for used items

Please place any full bags outside your room door and contact reception to organize pickup

In line with Government Restrictions; Communal areas such as Express Breakfast, Conferencing and our Lobby area will remain closed through the duration of level 3
