We would like to introduce you to some of the measures we are taking to safeguard your health, safety and wellbeing at our hotel

Note: Quality Hotel has not been used as a MIQ or isolation facility in the past or present


Hotel Facilities Update under Red & Orange Traffic Light Setting as follows: 

Hotel Buffet breakfast remains closed. 

Breakfast Packs are available for purchase from Reception at all times. 

Room Service remains available during hours provided on Room Service Menu. 

The Conference Centre and The Good Home are open and require Vaccine Pass for entry. 

 

 

Our responsibilities as an essential service. 

 

Minimise or eliminate, if possible, physical interactions amongst staff and between customers. 

* Limited, physical interaction between staff through physical distancing, split shifts, and staggered meal breaks. 

Pre-payment options available including Contactless payment on/ prior to arrival. 

Should guests feel ill, please contact our 24-hour reception desk for special assistance. 

Key collection box at reception for early checkouts with invoices emailed for contactless express checkout.  

 

Ensure appropriate health, hygiene and safety measures are in place, 

Hygiene basics of hand washing and sanitiser stations in place around the property.  

Frequent cleaning of premises, especially counters and eftpos terminals, and other high-touch surfaces. 

 

Wearing of facemasks by staff, guests, and suppliers in and around your property.  

Masks are available at reception, and we encourage all guests to wear outside their rooms and around the property. 

Protective equipment for staff such as gloves, masks & clothing to be worn when interacting with guests in/servicing rooms.  

 

QR code displayed at the main hotel entrance with an alternative contact tracing system.  

Customers are encouraged to scan in using the COVID-19 app and to turn on Bluetooth to support contact tracing. 

* Manual sign in form is made available in Reception and Conference Centre with ballet boxes for collection. 


To provide a safe environment for everyone as per the ministry of Health guidelines throughout your stay if you are feeling sick or have any symptoms of Covid19, including loss of smell, sore throat, shortness of breathing or close contact of confirmed Covid19 case, waiting on Covid19 test results or have visited the location of interest as per MOH website, please contact our 24-hour reception desk for assistance.
